Power options

I am looking to buy a Miata. I'm looking at the late 90s models. I'm a little worried about power. I'm looking to spend a good amount of money on modding it. I just want to know what my options are. I don't want to spend more than 4k on mods.

I want something to smoke my BMW 540i.

Re: Power options

Agood place to go for miata parts is tunedmotorsports.com. I know the guy that runs it, he has a 90's miata with a turbo kit, and he is very happy with it. He would be able to guide you to what you need. check it out and e-mail him, tell him george sent you.

Re: Power options

by the way he is in the middle of upgrading his site, so be patient with it. the best thing to do is tell him what you want, he can get pretty much anything. let me know how it goes, thanks

Re: Power options

hey...I did check it out. My friend is going to sell me his '99. Only problem is the top is stuck down. So I can't really drive it every day. And it has just over 100k miles on it. But i think it'll make a nice weekend car.
