99 honda locks problem

I just purchased a 99 honda accord and the locks are not working correctly.
When you use the drivers power lock control it will only operate the lock in the drivers door. The other doors you hear a click but lock does not go up or down. Also when you use the remote the only lock that works is the drivers door. The horn is supposed to sound when you hit the remote lock twice and the horn does not sound. If you can give me some ideas of what can be wrong please let me know.

Thanks kirk

I am sure that all doors and hood and trunk are fully closed and it still does not work.

Re: 99 honda locks problem

I also have the same problem. Only the driver's side works and the other three locks doesn't even work. (99 Accord 4 dr.) I have no idea what wrong with it. I checked every thing out. I'm thinking looking at the control box under the glove box. Any ideas?
