questions about 2000 camry

hey guys
i have a buddy of mine that has a 2000 camry
we wanted to change the bulbs on his car and i was looking up information for him
and i saw that the 2000 camrys use the H4 head light bulb set up
but then i popped the hood and there were separate high and low beams
im not sure but it looks like he has the 9005 9006 setup instead
can anyone please let me know whats goin on?
