90 525 Rear Brake Repair Helptoysourc 03-03-2007, 05:04 PM I am trying to replace the pads on the rear brakes on a 90 525I and can't seem to figure out the trick. I have changed out pads in numerous cars and even the front on this car. However, I can't seem to get the pads to fit in the caliper on the rear. I am assuming I am missing something either simple or there is a trick to it, that I am not noticing. Any help from someone that has done it. I have the calipers compressed already the old pads off. Just need to finish the job. This is my 17 year old daughter's car and you can imagine the look I am going to get if I don't have it fixed soon. Thanks. Did'nt have that problem on the front.... Automotive Network, Inc., Copyright ©2012
