Abs/trac Off

Scan pulled code C0450. All hubs have been checked. Ohmed out within tolerance range (according to mechanic). Battery was dropping voltage so we replaced with new battery. Lights went out but, came back on shortly. We contacted GM tech and find there are no bulletins or cases to pull from. Everyone said "bad" hub sensor but, we can't determine. The code relates to the EBCM but, that also includes the hub sensors as well. Any help appreciated.

DTC C0450? What scan tool is being used to pull the ABS/Chassis codes? It doesn't sound GM ABS VI compatible.
