noises

got a 97 C1500 350 5.7 2WD. once i replaced the high end pressure line for my PS pump and since then when i cut it hard left theres a groaning noise and a vibration. this should just be the pump goin out right? i had an alignment done and i know that cant be it. also when i go over a speed bump or something i hear jingle bells. i replaced my shocks last week but its still there. it may be my rear shocks but in case it isnt yall got any ideas?

Re: noises

Check your upper and lower ball joints-Jack up one side at a time on the front and shake/wiggle tire around. If you have movement, look at ball joints andidler/pitman arms for looseness.
