Need carpet pad

Where can I get just the pad and the exhaust heat insulation?

If you can accept not having a formed carpet pad, you can get the "jute" type padding at any good auto upholstery shop or check out JC Whitney. The heat insulation can also be had thru JCW or try your local autoparts store.
