oil pan size

I have a 350 with 420hp motor 360rwhp @ 6100 just a carb. I race a few times a year shift 6100-6200 normaly 5000-5200 on the high way it runs 3200rpm. I use sv pump and do not wont to go with a hv pump. The pan I have now is 4qt. I am thinking of doing a 6 or 7 qt pan but is it worth the money or time. The motor is in the car and I will have to drop the stearing to get it in .
