Angry Autoleveling Xenon Question

I have a question about the autoleveling HID's on my car(x5 3.0). For whatever reason my drivers side low beam seems like it will not level, and is pointing at the ground, and it is getting pretty annoying. I took it to my local dealer, and they sed they fixed it, but when I took it home, it was still the same. I want to know if there is any way to manually adjust the level by hand, or any way i can do it my self.

Thank You for your help
-Frankie

Lightbulb manuall adjustment

I had the same problem, and got the same reply from my dealer. You can manually adjust with the two large nobs behind the lights. One is horizontal and the other is vertical. Tape your spot the front tires are on the garage floor, then shine the lights on the wall and tape the starting and finishing spots. Go out at night and see how many bright lights flash at you, if none and your happy with the light, ouila!!

it´s strictly forbidden manual adjusting for xenon lights!
try to change your dealer.

The driver side headlights usually points lower, whether its halogen or xenon, it is setup that way to help reduce glare for on-coming traffic.
