96 blazer with 95 fuel pump and now is leaking

I have a 96 blazer that had a 95 fuel pump and sending unit installed and now it is leaking form a hose that vents air from the fuel line. Can this be cuasing the fuel leak ? Everyone says that the 96 pump was model yr specific. Any help would be appreciated

You will have to be more precise, as there is no hose that vents air from the fuel line. Where is the hose located that is leaking gas?
