Any way if u could provide me sum picts or info for the swap, thanxs!:naughty: and also would it be possible to keep the same wireing harness for the fuel injection? AlohaBra 01-08-2007, 07:33 PM IMO, I think that engine is too large in size for the XJ. Also you have to get the transmission to mate up. justJEEPit 01-10-2007, 06:52 PM I figured that about the transmission. But i hav also seen sum with a 350, even one with a LT1 out of a 95 Z28. AlohaBra 01-10-2007, 07:56 PM In an XJ? I have seen them in CJs and the Grands of course. Edit: Are you a welder? Can you fabricate? neon_rt 01-12-2007, 01:41 PM I've seen "how tos" on putting the Chevy small block into an XJ. The most common trans to use is the Turbo350. There are several choices. It is a tight fit and the engine has to be offset to the passenger side about an inch and a half. Good Luck with your project. Automotive Network, Inc., Copyright ©2012
