Ticking, sounds like a baseball card in a spoke

Okay, so I have a 01 blazer with 101k miles on it, V6, 4x4

I noticed this squeaking/ticking noise, at first it sounded like a belt, so I sprayed some belt dressing and it seemed to go away when ever I sprayed it but it would come back a few minutes later.

Then I noticed that it seems to get louder as i drive faster and it sounds like a baseball card in a spoke.

What would this be? No engine lights, no change in performance. hmmmm

Any suggestions??

From what you have posted it sounds like the noise is coming from the area of the fan belt, right? If so, take the belt off and check all the pulleys to see if they turn freely and/or have any noticable bumps or ticks.
