well since you have a z24 like me it has power windows and door locks so it is really easy, you just remove the screws and lift the door panel up so the clips pop off the door and then unhook the wires that are connected to the panel. you dont need to remove the door handle or speakers. then there is a peice of plastic that you just pull down and you should have access to the window track from there. you just spray a good amount of the silicone spray on it and then replace everything. you dont need to remove the speakers or anything so you should be able to do it no problem.

Ok well i did it, believe it or not with the help of my girlfriend..

.. now does this take effect right away or must I wait a little while /like say a day or two ??? I really put alot of lube in the tracks.. also around the joints etc.. the thing was tho, it was a little difficult to spray lube to the other end of the tracks.. near the speaker area.. so I just added the long nozzle on the can and, sent some lube over and inside the tracks.. Hope this will help. If not i will go get a new motor at the scrap.. But hopefully not..lol..
