1990 Jeep Cherokee Larado-Heater problem

Heater core and leaking. Plus the pressure cap on reservoir fell apart, so it overheated, and when i ran the blower motor i smelled anti-freeze. ive removed the lower part of the dash to get to the casing. Now im stuck, evenditally i have to take out the whole dash to take out the casing with the heater core, blower motor and a/c condensor still in it. There are bolts/nuts on firewall to take off and of course all the wire connections and hoses and after all that take the case apart to get to the heater core.

We are talking hours here. I would like the manual to do it to be on the safe side. Is there any place i can get it free? The manuals are sold in Advance Auto parts for 15-20 dollars, but i am on a strict budget... Help me, please.
