Starting Problem

99 5.7 vortec, Drove home fine next morning won't start, pulled spark plug wet with gas. Pulled pleum fuel pressure regulator leaking all wet under intake(gas) put on new regulator after a little effort got it started, Drove it for two days no real problem little miss, put in new set of plugs. Ran great coming home that day (friday) Monday morning won't start again, pulled plug all wet, pulled pleum no sign of any leak, put in new plugs still no start after turning over for several seconds it dose try to start but never dose. Any ideas, Have replaced O2's,map,throttle sensors, IAC motor. Injectors don't seem to be leaking. Thanks Ghost
