96 Cherokee 4.0 Liter- High Idel/low Idel- And Electrical "growl"

I Have A 96 Cherokee Sport -

That Seems To Have A Gremlin In It

The Trouble Started When I Decided I Would Give The Engine Compartment A Cleaning In March 2006. Immediatly After The Degreassing And Sraying Off The Motor The Jeep Went Crazy.

1. Extremley High Idel At Times.
2. Extremly Low Idel At Times To The Point Of Dying While Driving.
----- I Checked The Codes Via Turning The Key On/off Sequence ----
Numerous Codes Givin- Tracing Back To Nearly Every Sensor On
The Jeep. I Have Checked All Sensors replaced the idle control motor. the rest Are Good Except
What I Think Is The "mat" Sensor On The Intake. I Will Replace
That Sensor.

Unfortunatly It Doesnt End There. While Checking Voltage And Continueity Of Any Electrical Sensor Under The Dash And Hood , I Started To Hear A Growl Of Some Sort. I Found The Growl Under The Fuel Pump Relay. (could It Be A Short)

1. What Is The Excact Name Of This Box That Houses The Relays Under The Hood. ( I Am Refering It As The Relay Box Untill I No Its Name)(passenger Side Has About 6 Big Fuses, And Relays For Fuel, Abs, Air, Ect.... I

I Did Get The Jeep Running Again Yesterday But If You Turn The Ac On It Will Start The Idel Problems Again.

I Am Going Crazy With This Issue . I Need More Advice From Anyone More Lernded Than Me.

Thanks Eric

Start inspecting and cleaning electrical connectors.

Inspect and repair or replace worn or hardened vaccum hoses.
