is it illegal to modify oem seatbelts for street use or is it ok if i use my racing harness? a link would be very helpful

next time you see a cop just walk up and ask them.

hell I got a bunch of cops in my car club and they drive street legal SCCA GT2 race cars with 5 point harness. I'll ask them.
