k, i'm not gonna be mean about this (i should, but it's not my nature).

First, understand the down side to street racing: tickets, losing your license, your car, jail time, accidents, ect.

Second, if you still want to race on the streets(as opposed to a track), then invest in a defensive/performance driving class. Even if you don't race for long, the experience is worth it for a long time.

Third, look around on here, you'll learn all you need to (and then some) about how to make your car fast any number of ways.
