2006 v6 CEL strangeness

I've been battling various CEL problems for several months now. I thought cleaning the MAS would fix the last existing problem and it did for about a week then the light comes on again. This morning I took off from a standing start with a jerk (MT Clutch) and the CEL started to flash. It did that briefly then went off and has stayed off since, about 40 miles. Any clues as to this behavior. I didn't get to Autozone to have the latest codes read so don't know what caused the light to come on but I think it was probably related to cleaning the TB.
