The '95's tend to have oil leak problems and are wired a little different than the other years. If you do much with the FI system, you will have to replace the wiring harness and injectors with ones from a newer year. The 96 and up usually don't leak oil b/c of improved sealing.
'96 or '97's have a modular clutch that is easier to replace (can be retrofited). '98 and '99 have less vibration b/c of a reinforcement installed between the engine and trans. You can retro fit the reinforcement onto any of the older ones if you wish.
Each year has some benefits, some years have some suspension packages that are better than others, so you can potentially start with a better car by knowing the differences. The cheapest I would consider would be a '97 sport, the best would be a 98 or 99 ACR (my opinion).
