The Camaro of all Camaro's!
Year : 1968
Make: Chevrolet
Model: Camaro
Color: Red. Original color was Tripoli Turquoise and it might be painted back to that someday with the black vinyl roof.
Engine: Original 327 Small Block Chevy. I have no idea what is done to it because I havent pulled it yet.
Drivetrain: 700r4 from a 88 IROC. 12 Bolt rear with 3.42's
Exhaust: Longtube headers with Flowmaster mufflers.
Suspension: PST front springs with 5 leaf PST rear springs. KYB shocks front and rear. Total PST front end rebuild.
Wheels and tires: Front: 15x7 American Racing Hopsters with 235/60/15 Radial T/A
Rear: 15x8 American Racing Hopsters with 275/60/15 Radial T/A
Interior: Original Deluxe interior. Hurst floor (ratcheting/gate) shifter put in when tranny was swapped.
Comments: I bought this car three years ago and I have been working on it ever since. I plan on pulling the motor soon and seeing what I'm working with. Eventually I would like to put a blower on the 327 because I don't see many blown 327's. I haven't taken it to the track yet but I plan to next year. This past spring I totally rebuilt all front end parts and suspension with PST parts. I plan on changing this car to a four wheel disc brake set up also in the future.
Here are some pics. I have tons more including high res but these are my favorites.

Re: The Camaro of all Camaro's!
Sweet lookin' ride. Sits a tad to high for my liking, but damn sexy nonetheless. And I didn't know you could fit 275's on an 8 inch wheel.

Same for me at first, but I think that it looks like it has more muscle/attitude/badassness because it sits that way.
And I do remember Korndogg saying he was going to keep all the original parts incase he sells it.

Re: The Camaro of all Camaro's!
When you said Camaro of Camaros I was expecting a '69 427 Yenko or a ZL1 or Stage III Baldwin Motion or something else very special, rare, and fast.
 JK, love the pics

Re: The Camaro of all Camaro's!
Well first of all. I like how it sits. yes it is high but I think it looks badass as it sits now. Notice how I said "I" think it looks badass. Dont really care what anyone else thinks . Im not comming down on you guys but I hear it all the time like I dont know it sits high or something.
Secondly, it will settle. The springs only have about 200-300 miles on them.
And yes, I am not dumb. I am keeping all of the original parts.
I have things in store for this car that I am not going to say at this point in time but hopefully will be done this comming year or the next.
I do appreciate all of the opinions though.

Re: The Camaro of all Camaro's!
very nice man. i love the ride height. i gotta say, i hate cars that are too low..i dont know why. the high stance sort of makes a car look like its about to pounce. i know the lowering is all for balance and whatnot and my cars already freain low to begin with, but damn. those old muscle car stances are unreal.
