What kind of headlight bulbs should I get for a 84 CRX? Do they make Hiper Blue's?

unless you have the conversion headlights that have replaceable bulbs then you cannot change the color.

Um, no.

The link you provided is only for 88-up CRXs. If you really want a
hyper blue or crystal white bulbs that won't burn out, spend the extra
money and get a PIAA product. Those bulbs are $$$$$$, but never
burn out. Stay away from those shifty japanese/korean products that
last a week.

If the lightbulbs are the same as the 86-87 CRX, then 9004 is what
you're looking for.
