94 Rodeo squeels when accelerator mashed

I got our mechanic to change the three belts in the front (AC, fan belt and ??) and it still squeels. What could the problem be??

Thanks Mate!

I think that is what my mechanic was trying to tell me, but he was not sure!

before you go the ac route, just make sure that your mechanic has adjusted your belts *tight* enough. in my experience, the correct tightness is more than i'm used to, and i generally have to retighten them (mostly the alternator belt) until the squeel goes away

p.s. """the three belts in the front (AC, fan belt and ??) """ and power steering pump belt.

Alternator belt does need to be a bit tighter than what's considered normal to prevent squeals.
