rear struts 1992 camryjohnson110 12-03-2006, 07:38 PM Question, How and where do you get get at the rear struts out of a 1992 camry, I see the twon bottom bolts that hold it in but where are the top bolts and how do you remove them ! Thanks for any replys!! odie1 12-03-2006, 11:26 PM Johnson110, You remove the rear seat. I did my 94 and its not that much trouble. The bench just lifts out, then there is 1 bolt holding in the "wing"...the edge padding of th eupright, then a couple of screws that hold in the "cover"... over the speakers. That gives you full access to the top of the strut. Takes about 10 minutes..... 5 after you have done it once... I think you're 92 is the same as the 94, If not, I apologize. Odie1 RIP 12-04-2006, 01:12 AM This doesn't tell you much more but, it has a couple of pictures of the upper mount.
