My car is leaking power steering oil. I took it to a mechanic and he said it was leaking from the power steering resevoir. He replaced the factory crimp on connectors with hose clamps but the problem hasn't gone away. Any ideas? Anyone ever had this problem with the power steering hoses?

Thankfully I haven't had this problem yet (knock on clearkote) but may I suggest you wash the affected area off with a power hose and drive the car back to your mechanic so he can see the ineffectiveness of his "repairs" and either get your money back or shame him into correctly fixing it for free this time.
