Most important pillar gauges?!?!SLPbirdy00 12-02-2006, 11:23 PM Well I've seen every gauge out there. But im just not sure which to actually get. I have 3--> 2 1/16" holes to fill on my new Autometer Triple A-pillar. I only really want to deal with Electrical Gagues ONLY... I will get an Air/Fuel Ratio gauge so thats 1, but any ideas on what I should get to fill the other 2? Ill put up a poll and the 2 or 3 Highest rated, I will take more interest in buying. Your :2cents: :2cents: will be helpful, Thanks Brandon F. shellshock940T 12-03-2006, 12:34 AM I voted tranny temp, oil temp, and A/F ratio. :) hotrod_chevyz 12-03-2006, 08:32 AM the most important things to me 1: the temp 2: RPM's 3: oil pressure Since mines not force fed or injected, the rest can pretty much swan dive into the grand canyon. I had to replace my tach, cause the original got stuck at 6k one day. I added a extra temp gauge cause the original is a big fat stupid liar and i didnt want to mess with replacing the one in the dash. goldz28 12-03-2006, 10:46 AM Why would he need RPM's if he has a tach already? Just curious. hotrod_chevyz 12-03-2006, 05:05 PM Why would he need RPM's if he has a tach already? Just curious. The same reason a new corvette has 2 and a new GXP has 2. HEADS UP! Mr. Luos 12-03-2006, 05:26 PM I have a carbon fibed faced 2 1/16" A/F gauge I can sell you. I also have a temp. gauge, but it is mechanical. Might fit the V6, but I made a mistake when I ordered it thinking it would fit into the LS1 block. But it doesn't. Good prices if interested. We can work on something. goldz28 12-03-2006, 06:34 PM The same reason a new corvette has 2 and a new GXP has 2. HEADS UP! I really like the heads up display on the vets. So I guess I can see why. Just seems like a waste of money tho. SLPbirdy00 12-03-2006, 07:40 PM how much for the A/F gauge? Mr. Luos 12-03-2006, 09:35 PM Check your PM's. I sent a price. Let me know... Savage Messiah 01-31-2007, 01:52 PM why is a boost gauge even an option? I said A/F and trans temp. Automotive Network, Inc., Copyright ©2012
