I just did mine myself one month ago. It was a straight swap out. I did NOTHING with the ABS system. Make sure you adequately bench bleed master cylinder just b/4 installation. After instal, bleed all 4 lines at their brake calibers. Its very straight forward. About 2 hours. After instal, IF brake pedal goes to floor, first re-bleed all four lines, second take a hard look at your brake power booster upon which the master cylinder mounts to (big black round flat disc mounted to the firewall exterior underd the master cylinder - it works on engine vaccum and can have an internal leak which will also affect the idle of the engine); lastly you could have a leak at the ABS pump (oposite side and ITS EXPENSIVE!!!). Good luck!
