i just stepped out side to look at my car for a minute , and i see on the back bumper . A Huge lump of bird shit splattered on the bumper. I clean it off , it looks perfect . I come back the next day , its beveled up my bumper and white splatter stains still there . Whenever i wet it , they go away but when it drys , it drys with white stains . My question is , how can i get my hands on some paint so i can paint over this stain and still make it blend with the original stock color of the spot .

try some rubbing compound on it first.

no luck there , its still there . What should i do?
