Aux input for factory CD player?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Chevy...QQcmdZViewItem

How did he do that?

I have that same cd player in my new truck, with the AUX text on the cd button, but it obviously does not have a functional aux-input jack.

I was just going to buy a new stereo (clarion double din) to get aux input for my ipod & sirius radio, but installing a stereo jack would be a lot cheaper!
