Oil leak at head

I have recently aquired a 1989 Integra that runs but has an oil leak. I degreased the motor and let it sit a few days and oil started to leak out at the distributor end of the head where it meets the block. My question is what are the chances that it isn't the head gasket but the distributor or cam position sensor instead. Either of those leaking would look exactly like what I have. Any of you guys have any experience with these motors and is this scenario likely?
