1986 Camaro Z-28(updated regularly)

To start here are some pics and plans for the Z28, I bought the car in September of 2006 with no real intention of heavily modifying it, but that didnt last long. some of my plans now include a NA 355being built as we speak)
95-2000 vortec roller block(melling pump, victor gaskets, clevite bearings, etc...)
stock cast crank(turned .010 and polished)
Vortec PM rods w/ ARP wavelocs
ARP main bolts
Speed Pro 0.030 over forged alum pistons, w/ moly rings
Comp cams hydraulic roller cam .510/.520 282/288 advertised duartion
Cloyes double roller for OE roller cams
Aluminum heads 190cc runner, 64cc chamber, 2.02/1.60 valves(dual comp springs w/ 10* reatainers)
ARP head bolts
Comp cams 1.6 Pro magnum steel roller rocker arms
Edelbrock Elite series valve cover and air cleaner w/ K&N filter
Either a Victor Jr. or RPM air gap intake
Holley 4150 series 750 DP
HEI dizzy
700R4 w/ updated internals and transgo shift kit
3000RPM stall lockup convertor
MASSIVE B&M trans cooler
UMI performance LCA's, Panhard bar, Torque arm, LCA relocation brackets and SFC's
Im also replacing all the Suspension, steering and braking components, while upgrading some stuff with POLY bushing etc, also going to run hawks pads with EARLs stainless hoses
Bought brand new carpet for the interior, front and rear, also got a member on the board here Driver101 to get me a whole lot of interior parts to replace all the cracked and missing plastics i had, running a autometer 4" tach and 3 gauges in the a pillar, water temp, trans temp and oil PSI










seatbelts rebuilt with new buttons


Cleaning the seas(somehow they were rip free)

have you done anymore interior work? i want to see it, just out of curiosity. i still have yet to start on my interior.

nice. where did you get that timing chain cover from and how much did it cost you?

i dont like chrome at all (on my car) and so I went with polished aluminum valve covers and air cleaner... and that would look good with what I have....

tubular goodies are here from UMI, LCA's panhard bar, torque arm, LCA relocation brackets, and SFC's. got an aluminum water pump, Trim parts GM resto carpet for front and rear, picking up a set of mint POWER black and grey 4th gen seats

motor is coming out it about a month, interior is going to be going back together starting this weekend hopefully, motor is on hold, ordered a set of brodix IK200's for the engine, there going to take a while though, still trying to get a tranny built, first guys ran off with the core i gave him to rebuild which cost me 150$, thank god i hadnt paid him for the tranny yet!

Ahha! updates pics tommorow, STILL waiting on heads(getting pissed off) decided to switch to a TH350, so now im going to run a built TH350, with a B&M holeshot 3000 convertor, spohn torque arm and crossmember. gots lots of the little shit for the engine, ive got everything except for the heads themselves. interior is no further(had alot of hot weather lately, 305 is coming out within a month so i can start getting the car ready, SFC's, LCA's and panhard bar are all in(SFC's were easy although i got a massive splatter burn from the mig) BAH! goingg to pull most of the front end of tommorow.
