Access Panel To Feul Tank/ 92 Rs Camaro

Can anyone tell me where to cut an access panel on a 92 RS Camaro in order to gain access to the fuel pump? Thanks for your help.

This is the last way I would access my tank/pump.

I don't like the idea of cutting a hole in the body of my car.
I have had my tank down twice...both of which would have been easier with that access panel. But no way.

if you really had to do it that way im sure you could google it and find out where to cut that way but really it isnt worth it to cut up your car to save a little time. Dropping a tank isnt that bad as long as its an empty tank. Unbolt the shocks, jack up the car, drop the tank.
