Starter ClicksDyno247365 11-08-2006, 01:30 AM It's a year old starter, no problems till I moved to Albany and it started happening when it gotten really frickin cold. click click click Start, and it doesn't do it if I've driven the car within maybe 2 hours. Some suggested the starter was coming loose (dad installed it) after all of this time (my driving). My dad suggested it's the weather and may be the battery?? Because that battery is old. My power works fine so it's not the alternator. So what are the ideas? nissan_240sx 11-08-2006, 03:54 AM Dyno247365 11-10-2006, 01:17 AM I should look into getting a battery charger. Thanks so much! This is great news. 240SXSlideStar 11-10-2006, 01:32 AM Battery charger won't do shit if the battery is bad. Go to Autozone or a garage, they should be able to test it, if it's bad, just replace it, it's under 100$ and it'll save you big headaches and at least you'll know that your car will always start.
