Can someone tell me where the Oil Sending Unit is located on an 4.0L 99 Grand Cherokee Larado?

How about by the oil filter?

On most of the older 4.0L engines, the Sending unit is located on the top of the OIL FILTER RELOCATOR, if I remember correctly the WJ's do not have a relocator, but the sending unit should be in the same vicinity (right above the oil filter)....
