91' Tercel Parts
Hey! Does anyone know of any "performance" parts for the Toyota Tercel? I've seen SOME for the 95+ years...but my bro has a 91 and we were wondering if they're any...ANY parts that I could buy that'd fit the car (IE....no custom jobs...)
Thanks

My friend has a tercel and he said that you could drop a starlet turbo engine in them. He said you would run mid 14's with it.

Yeah, it is pretty cool. I don't know if they make sus. or not.
Here is a link to some pics of his Tercel, I don't think it looks that bad...just kinda crazy.

Yeah, that is what I said. He now has no wing and it is lower than it was. He just got something for it, don't know what it is for he will not tell me. I think it is a Starlet engine though. It looks better without the wing.

I agree, the wing looked weird! Tuning a tercel into a monster like that just seems alittle big too unusual

Actually it's not that slow. It runs high 15's; not "throw you back in your seat" fast, but for a tercel....
Oh update, since the site hasn't been updated since it went up, he has a groud effects kit and for the time being has 2000 Si rims on it. It is actually starting to look decent. He got N20 but he sold it, a wise decision in my opinion.

It wouldn't be too hard to fit a civic front and rear bumper onto a tercel. My friend was going to do that, but he was going to do it because at the time they didnt make kits for tercels. Why don't you just get a kit for a tercel? His is nice, it's just an underbody kit though.
