welcome to af. im not sure if 22's will fit without modifications. i would think they will hit as you turn. If you are even considering this size wheel, you need to upgrade the brakes as you will increase your rolling mass by a great deal. That size wheel will also wear out suspension components alot faster and your performance will likely suffer. As for the programer, the performance tune alone is not worth the $300 but you will need one to correct your speedo and odometer.
