Re: Wiper problems
Welcom to AF. How about the control circuit board? This is on high only?, also check all the grounds.

Re: Wiper problems
Ended up replacing the circuit boards and a dealer motor and that did the trick, aftermarket motor wasnt makin contact with the circuit board, but now the low, high, and mist works but i have no delays. Anyone have any suggestions on why the delay is not working now

Re: Wiper problems
Again the circuit board is part of the delay control, also the stalk of course.

Re: Wiper problems
If the stalk still has the "clicks" working it is probably ok. I find that most aftermarket parts generally are crap, stick with GM/Delco parts wherever possible. I'm going through my 2nd Napa washer/control unit now and will at least try to replace it with an Aamco or Trico unit.

99 lumina-200k mi: have a similar problem with delay and low, high runs ok, and washer liquid gives it 4 swipes ok. replaced the turn signal sw which corrected my brake light problems, but no go on wiper issue. where is the circuit board located?

Re: Wiper problems
I went through 3 wiper motors on my 96 Lumina, I think the trick is to not tighten any thing down to tight that may cause the motor to bind up. on my third replacement I made sure the bolts were barley tighten and it has worked now for 2 years.
