AC Controls
I was wondering how possible it would be to switch out the dual climate control that has the digital display to this one that has the knobs instead, i imagine the wiring cant be different since its still a dual climate controler only without the digital display right?? i know its a couple of years difference though, just wondering. one like this:

Re: AC Controls
everything behind the dash is still different. The dual zone manual controls still use a blower speed resistor, and the climate control uses a module. The only thing behind the dash that's the same is the two temp actuators. Unless you want to remove the entire HVAC system, and have a complete donor car, forget about it.

Re: AC Controls
ok so what about the stock delco radios like the one pictured above, if i get a radio like that off ebay from lets say a 2003 grand prix, is the wiring the same for my 98 on the sterio part??? just wondering about that because my cd player is starting to go and i want to get the newest kind possible, im not really into all these fancy expensive sound systems.

Re: AC Controls
The radios would be interchangeable from 97-03, no problem.
