RHD Conversion

is it possible with an 03 cavalier?? Would be something crazy to do with the interior, and I ahvent seen any so far that I know of... Anyway, what issues would I run into besides air bags and wiring and the actual dash itself?

Exactly what I was looking for, still dont know how it was done. The front part of the dash looks like it was made that way, altho I dont like some of how it was done. But thats why i'll have to do it later. Is there any how-tos on rhd conversions on the net? Im sure there are, just want to know if yall have any that you think is good, or even one that is cavalier specific. Anyways im off to work so I wont post again till 10 tonight.

Re: RHD Conversion

Looks like that's a chopped and glassed dash.

You want a more stock look? Import crap made for a Toyota Cavalier and get creative.

Re: RHD Conversion

You basically need a whole toyota cavalier. Everything is backwards of course. Your whole rack n pinion, steering linkage, dash support braces, heater core, air bags, gas and brake pedals, brake booster, master cylander are all different. The guys who have been trying to do this have gotten the dash/firewall portion of a toyota cav and starting chopping. This isn't for the faint hearted.
