Re: Dual Exhaust

First off....please stop asking 6 questions in one sentence......yeesh.

Don't bother with the y-pipe or the TB spacer. Neither of them wil net you anything.

Re: Dual Exhaust

the 4.3 v6 will loose performance with true duals. you may be able to get away with a split rear cat back. dont get a throttle body spacer. they do nothing to improve performance.

not enough back pressure to perform properly. the furthest you should go on a mostly stock 4.3 is a 2.5in single exhaust.

if your doing a fully built engine, then u could consider duals, but i still don't think you would take full advantage of them unless you are considering forced induction.

forced induction is a supercharger or turbo, not ram air (doesn't create boost).

vortech and powerdyne (i think thats it) make kits for the 96+ 4.3. if you have any specific questions about a supercharger on a 4.3, ask blazerSS (he has the vortech kit but he also built the engine first).
