The Shelby Daytona

Ever since I saw this vintage-style race endurance race on TV at sebring (old race cars, modern day) I have been attracted to this car, even though on know basically nothing about it. It's a beautiful car. It has that fast look to it. The sound of it was undeniably cool. It has a huge gas tank and it's so light. You could almost race forever, if it had any gas mileage that is...What do you think of the car?

I just love it, and I might get a kit car one someday. What are the real ones left in the world worth? Have you ever seen one?
