I saw a Z06 at a car show a couple weeks ago, I took pics, but they're in a camera that's 200 miles away right now. Keep this thread open for em!

Re: Friends car, Sweet
Saw this on another board.
11.1 at 128 with NOTHING but drag radials.
http://www.dragtimes.com/Chevrolet-C...slip-8071.html
Obviously the conditions were perfect as well.
But still....

Re: Friends car, Sweet
Well I went for a ride and we went before he got off of work. All I have to say besided needing grease to get my fat ass in there. That thing is crazy fast. We went like a block away from the hospital and hit 80mph. He was spinning in first second and chiped third. I want that engine in my maro. I think I had a lil accident in my pants and it was not a shit stain either...lol.
Very nice ride.
Vett FTW....
Edit. I might go for another ride with him on tuesday. Will have my camera for sure then...

Re: Friends car, Sweet
My only problem is the price of that motor.
You can have a fully built 402 LSx for less.

Yeah, the LS7 crate from GM is ~$14K. But I also noticed that the LS1 crate is around $8K, but the LS2 is around 6K. What's up with that?
