well if the motor is still trying to move it, I suggest spraying a little wd-40 in the track, then grab on to it and pull it a little bit manually to get it freed up. I've found that i have to spray a little wd-40 in the track at least once a year to keep it from jamming. It seems as if there is a build up of gunk in the track that slows it up then stops it in its tracks. I hope this helps you out if not i suppose there could be a bad motor or something like that.
