95 C1500 Door Panel

I'm trying to take off my driver side door panel to replace the handle/lock assembly, but I've come to a road block. Does the small plastic trim piece around the lock have to be pried off? I have the top part of the panel loose, but wasn't sure about the trim piece. It seems to have come loose on the right side easily enough, but the left won't budge.

Thanks.
