torgue adders on a chevy 350

i have a 92 sububan with a pretty much stock 350 in it (except for a cold air and exhaust) and i am trying to figure out what i can do to it that is ferly cheap to add some significant torque. please give me your suggestions.

Long runner intake, long tube, small diameter headers or exhaust. Short ramp, high lift cam profile with short duatation.
