door hinge bushing

I just got a 97 blazer and the pin that the top hinge on the drivers door seems to have worn through the bushing for it in the hinge. It allows the door to be just a bit further out than it should be so it does not seal as tight in the front as it should, and it leaks. I'm pretty sure the hinge is the problem (I have already replaced both the door and drip rail seal).

Anyone know if those bushings can be replaced? or the hinges (they look to be welded on) or something??

here is a pic of it:
