Shit this is going to take awhile....
For the cd player your going to have to remove your entire dash out to install it. here is pictures and instructions on how to remove your dash
http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...d.php?t=321030 if you have any questions about it feel free to ask. And if your hooking up subs and an amp your going to want to hook up your remote and power wire to the wire harness before you install it into your dash.
For hooking up your amp and subs I really dont have a diagram or pics to show you but I can explain it to you...
Your going to need to run your 12volt power wire through your firewall (there is a big gromet around the steering shaft that you could run the wire through) and connect it to the postive terminal on the battery. Once you have that hooked up to the battery then your going to run that wire back to the trunk where the amp will be.
You should have already hooked up your remote and power wire to your cd player so then run those back to your amp as well. When you run them make sure your hiding them as you go. (i.e in the plastic trim, under carpet etc etc)
Next your going to have to take your ground wire and fasten it to bare metal somewhere in your trunk.
Once that is done make sure you have your amp where you want it mounted and tighten it down so it doesnt move around when driving. (you can mount it to the back of the seat, the sub box, or the floor of the trunk)
Then your gonna want to connect your 12volt wire to the amp along with the ground, remote, power wires.
Next onto the subs, you have to take the positive and negative wires from the subs and connect them to the corrisponding terminals on the amp. make sure all the wires are connected to the amp tightly.
After everything is hooked up last thing to do is turn on your radio and and make sure the subs are working, if they arent working check all the wires to make sure they are connected good, if it is working them next step is to play around with the amp and tune in the subs to your taste.
I would call ya and explain all this except I dont feel like paying long distance

. any other questions just ask and I will try to help you out some more.
