First get a flat head, a phillups, and a 9/32 socket.
Rears first
Remove the two screws from the front pillar cover and pull it off.
Next, pop off the rear pillar cover.
Now locate the plastic screw behind the lever and unscrew it.
Use the flat head to carefully pop out the retainer clip so it wont get busted when your prying the plate off later.
Next carefully pop off the lever plate off...
... and just let it hang there.
Now get the flathead and pop off the cover in the handel that covers the two 9/32 screws.
Now remove the screws.
Now reach inside and pull the wire harness off the window switch. it isnt clipped in, just pull it off. At this point the panel is hanging by the window slot, adjust the lever plate so that it will slide through the hole behind it, then simply slide the entire panel upwards and it will come off. make sure when you slide the lever plate through the hole you dont tear your leather.
To put it all back together hang it by thew window slot, clip the window switch back together, slide the lever plate through the hole then pop everything back together.
Now to pop the lever plate back together. First line up the lock hook to the lock switch in the plate.
Now hook the top part of the plate in and then pop the bottom part in.
Check to make sure you did that part right by locking and unlocking your doors electronicly with your fob.
Now for the Fronts... pop off the lever plate panel and remove the handel screws just like the back doors.
Now pop out the instrument cluster from the front with a flat head.
after you do that un-clip all the switches, some of them can be a bit tricky, be careful not to snap any plastic.
now start un-popping the panel staring with the latch side and working your way to the bottom and then the hinge side.
now slide it upwarods in the same manner as the back door. Check out all the state of the art sound dampening.... paper.
to put it back together just do the exact same thing as the back, folowed by hooking the cluster back together and poping it back into place.
Extra info: youll probably be doing this to change the speakers. on 95's the backs are 6.5'' with wizzer cones. the front 6.5'' speakers and the front 1'' tweeters in the dash are split from the same line with a crossover (somewhere). so if you are replacing the front speakers dont get ones with built in tweeters, just get normal mids. all 4 stock speakers are marked with the + or - so its easy to change them.
