Please give me some clue..Help!diver4ever 09-25-2006, 12:17 PM :banghead: I changed my Negative cable. Not the entire cable, but just the connectors. Started driving out of town and I noticed that the dashboard and radio would flicker off and then on. My positive was loose, so I changed that, but it is still flickering. Like it has a short. Could it be that I have to change the entire cables for both? The short didn't start happening until I changed my negative connector.....Any clues? das2123 09-25-2006, 12:21 PM You could have some corrosion on the cables themselves and/or on the terminals. Clean the terminals REAL good and make sure they are on there TIGHT! diver4ever 09-25-2006, 02:58 PM You could have some corrosion on the cables themselves and/or on the terminals. Also make sure your battery is up on fluid. and or is charged up to 13.5 volts.. Very true. And a lot of people don't clean the wires properly before attaching another battery connector on it. yale329 10-02-2006, 09:21 AM betting on a bad battery, since the dash lights are flickering before and after. Wayne BlazerLT 10-02-2006, 04:12 PM True, could be a bad battery. Automotive Network, Inc., Copyright ©2012
