Hi....thanks for any help, my tribute is hestitating, there is a yellow flashing light on the inst. panel. it stays on steady sometimes and then flashes i should say.
it is not always doing this but when it does happen the truck runs like crap. i unplug the battery for a few minutes and its fine for awhile......i changed the fuel filter and the plugs and wires.... any ideas

Which light is that? Check engine? If it is wait, and pull the code before reseting.

There is known EGR sensor problem, you can find it in older posts.
Look at the P041 post for example (get your code first though).
